Itinerary
DAY 01
Delhi – Shimla
We will pick you from airport or railway station before we head for Shimla, a 10 hour journey from Delhi that will cover approx. 385 Km. We will visit Pinjore Garden and Timber Trail, near Parwaanu during the ride towards Shimla. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
DAY 02
Shimla Sightseeing
After the breakfast at the hotel, we will head for Shimla visit that will begin with an excursion to Kufri. Famous for its Himalayan National Park, Kufri is an ideal place to enjoy the panoramic views of Himalayas. You can also ride a yak or a poney in Kufri while getting mesmerized with the beauty of the place. After lunch, we will head for the sightseeing in the capital city of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. During sightseeing, you will visit some incredible architectural pieces built in 19thcentury, showcasing the British architectural brilliance. These include Mosques built in 1830, Vice Regal Lodge built in 1885, Christ Church built in 1844, TheGaietyTheatre, built in 1887, and the Grind Lays bank, which was initiated in 1912 as a global bank by Robert Melville Grind Lay. DAY 03
Shimla – Manali
After the Breakfast, we will head for our next destination, the beautiful Manali and it will take around 8 hours to cover approx. 265 Km journey. We will visit Pandoh Dam and Hanogi Mata Temple on the way to Manali. Overnight Stay and Dinner at Hotel.
DAY 04
Manali Sightseeing
On the 4th day, we will indulge in Manali sightseeing which will include visiting the Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, Tibetan Monastery, Vashisth Bath (Natural Hot Water Bath), Club House and the local Manali market. Overnight Stay and Dinner at Hotel.
DAY 05
Rohtang Pass
Located at an elevation of approx. 13,000 ft, the Rohtang Pass is an amazingly picturesque destination which serves as the gateways to the Lahaul&Spiti Valleys in Himachal Pradesh. The pass offers splendid sights on Chandra River, Lahaul valley, the twin peaks of Geypan and stunning glaciers. Overnight Stay and Dinner at Hotel.
DAY 06
Manali -Dharamshala
We will check out the hotel after the breakfast and will head for Dharamshala, another beautiful destination in Himachal. On our way to Dharamshala, we will visit Kullu Shawl weaving factory, and the KulluVaishno Devi Temple. After checking into the hotel at Dharamshala, we will go to visit the Dharamshala’s Dal Lake. Overnight Stay and Dinner at Hotel.
DAY 07
Dharamshala – Dalhousie
After breakfast, we will head for Dharamshala sightseeing and will visit the Dalai Lama Temple and Bhagsu Nag Temple. After lunch, we will head for another striking destination in Himachal, Dalhousie. It will take around 5 hours to complete this 145 Km journey. After reaching Dalhousie, we will visit the Mall Road. Overnight Stay and Dinner at Hotel.
DAY 08
Dalhousie – Chamba – Khajiar
On the 8th day, we will visit, Khajiar and Chamba. Khajiar is bestowed with abundant natural beauty and lush green meadows bear a great tropical resemblance to Switzerland while Chamba is popular for its natural beauty and temples. Overnight Stay and Dinner at Hotel.
DAY 09
Dharamshala – Dalhousie
After breakfast, we will head for Dharamshala sightseeing and will visit the Dalai Lama Temple and Bhagsu Nag Temple. After lunch, we will head for another striking destination in Himachal, Dalhousie. It will take around 5 hours to complete this 145 Km journey. After reaching Dalhousie, we will visit the Mall Road. Overnight Stay and Dinner at Hotel.
DAY 09
Dalhousie – Vaishno Devi
After an early morning breakfast, we will head for Katra. Overnight Stay and Dinner at hotel in Katra.
DAY 10
Vaishno Devi
Early morning we will depart for Mata Vaishno Devi Temple and will reach back the hotel in the evening after darshan. Overnight Stay and Dinner at hotel in Katra.
A journey towards the cave abode of Vaishno Devi is the very site where the Hindu Pilgrims pay homage to three forms of the divine Goddess, namely, Saraswati, Kali and Laxmi. You will wade through the icy water just after climbing 13.5km from Katra which is 45 kms from Jammu.
DAY 11
Katra – Chandigarh
After breakfast, we will head for Chandigarh via Jammu. On our way to Chandigarh, we will visit the famous Raghunath Temple in Jammu. Chandigarh is the first planned modern city of India, which was designed by French architect Le Corbusier. Overnight Stay and Dinner at Hotel.
DAY 11
Chandigarh to Delhi
After breakfast, we will check out the hotel before heading for Delhi, where we will drop you at the airport or the railway station.
